Meetings are typically scheduled and center on addressing specific development areas or challenges. The agenda prioritises achieving immediate goals while aligning with the client’s long-term vision.
This supportive relationship helps clients identify and overcome internal barriers, fostering self-awareness, accountability, and resilience. By empowering individuals to unlock their potential, coaching builds confidence, clarity, and the internal strength needed to thrive.

Food education & mentoring
Food education & mentoring (relationship) focuses on sharing experiences, knowledge ideas and options around food and nourishment. We both have the flexibility moving from one subject to another for example you may have acute health condition, here is where I share my expert recommendation, knowledge on food – promote and develop good health & wellbeing ideas. Identifying food qualities that would balance your constitution and ideas/option to add food and reduce or remove foods, which are aggravating your constitution. Or you may decide to work on time management ; here I would share ideas, tips and resources how to manage/save cooking time, I would use my professional skills and knowledge help around blockage that you may be experiencing – using my guidance you can decide the best decision on what foods you would add and reduce/remove from your diet.
Understanding what time we eat our food can change the quality of our meal, the attitude of eating our food ourselves or with family can change the nature of food. Nourishing our souls and other souls with home cooking can be felt (invisible) when food is cooked with love in mind, therefore cooking with love goes beyond a meal. The quality of life is not a question it’s a science of self – healing which has a big role in negative emotion release.
In the modern world we are aware that blocked emotion, suppressed emotion is a pathway to disease and chronic conditions. Home cooking with herbs and spices promote a healthy mind and body. I believe home cooked meals change the dynamics of wellbeing.
